Refund & Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means any sealed products must be in the original packaging, sealed, undamaged and unused. 

To start a return, you can file a return request at sales@galley-lacompany.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for any return costs and making sure the items are returned to us in the same condition they were received. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or any items that have signs of tampering such as glue/reseals or any damage to the items will result in them not being accepted.

Liability for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders


The customer is liable for all return postage costs if the customer chooses to return the item within the return period and without a fault,  unless otherwise stated by our representatives on contact.


In the case of loss or delay of an item please contact us and we will look into the matter for you. If the delay or loss is out of the customers control and/or not caused by the customer we will cover these costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are always happy to help and amend mistakes.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any items with factory defects such as miscuts, printing errors, interior damage to products such as bends that are out of our control are not eligible for a return/refund.

 

Please contact the manufacturer to dispute this.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. As the products we sell have a limited print run, we cannot guarantee we will be able to exchange an item for the exact same product. If you would like to exchange for the same product please contact us directly through either email so we can confirm availability and reserve the item for you.

Cancel Pre-Orders / Orders
Pre-orders can be canceled at anytime up until the order has been shipped. We aim to ship pre-orders one day before the release date, so please keep that in mind when trying to cancel an order. Please note Pre Order and Order cancellations made by customers will be subject to a cancellation fee of 2%. These fees are applied to recover losses from service fees applied by Paypal, and to Debit/Credit payments. Any orders canceled by us due to inventory/stock errors are NOT subject to cancellation fees. 

You have the right to amend any order you have already placed with us up until the moment the order has been dispatched. Please contact us via email to discuss changes to your order: sales@galley-lacompany.co.uk

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
